Meet Whitney

Hi, I’m Whitney Lippert, the owner and founder of Atlas Title Group. After working in the title industry for almost two decades, I decided it was time to take everything I’ve learned and create a company that reflects my values: efficiency, communication, and a truly elevated closing experience. If you have worked with me before you know my reputation of unmatched customer service and professionalism.

As a U.S. Army veteran and the first in my family to graduate college, I know the meaning of hard work and determination. I went on to earn my MBA and built a career helping people through one of the biggest milestones of their lives—buying or selling a home. Over the years, I noticed that while most title companies get the job done, very few focus on making the process feel smooth, personal, and even enjoyable. That’s why I started Atlas Title Group.

Here, my team and I are passionate about keeping closings stress-free, on time, and handled with care. We want our clients and partners to feel confident from start to finish—and to walk away remembering their experience for all the right reasons.

When I’m not working, you can usually find me spending time with family, supporting fellow veterans, or enjoying life in Knoxville.
